Every two weeks we sit down, we have a two week strategy meeting. We look at our customer demand and we evaluate by department what kind of labor hours we need. So currently for everybody in the shop, except for our primary production operators, we're operating under 35 minimal hours to 50 maximal hours. They have the choice, they have the ability to work within those ranges with no expectation to do anything otherwise. This goes for the whole team, we're all in agreement.
