What Is Reading Fluency?
For every childthat i've come across who is relatively fluent but struggles greatly with comprehension, i've probably come across another 99 whose comprehension issues can be tied back to their lack of fluency. So the first thing ensure reading mileage. How much decoding are children doing per school daythe on thing is repeated oral reading. And then they should also try and develop fluency at the beginning of their reading development.
