He has a theory called the mindfulness to meaning theory and he says it can help people with addiction reset their natural rewards. So glad to have that articulation from a totally different angle. I'm glad that, just through my experience, i didn't even have to go to graduate school and get a phd. And get an nrant and do all that research.
