This is someone who knows the area. Knows the area, and now is demonstrating some planning. He's killed his victims. Most of the time a killer tries to immediately try to put as much distance between him and the crime as possible. This guy stages the vehicle for theft. So it wasn't that he wanted the bodies discovered because they were hidden so well. He wanted somebody else to pick up the vehicle, steal it, and then they're implicated in the murders when the bodies are found. Is it patrolled ever? No. It's literally, the james river bridge is ten feet away. We're talking around 12 miles clos there.
