A wide infreternal angle individual is someone who has a little bit wider angle created under the sternum. Will tend to prefer, due to the nature of how pressure works in their body, will tend to prefer angles of deeper knee bend. So it doesn't that doesn't mean you're faster at all if you have a narrow infrateral angle. It just means that there is a good chance that you would prefer faster ground contacts. You may have a better reactive strength index if you are a narrow infreexternal angle individual and can bounce a little bit better. We always need to introduce some sort of balancing force. But at the end of the day, your strength is your strength
