The Basics of Authentication
authentication is sort of like the first step. It's meant to really just protect you as a sender and say, I am Lauren. I'm sending you mail. This is actually coming from me. SPF and D Kim really help ensure that the mail does seem like it's coming from you. DMARC is more of kind of a monitoring protocol. So be aware of who's sending on behalf of your brand or whether it's some kind of spammer or fisher.
