We had to make a reservation to get in this place too. There were tables available, I'll say. The poor woman making the lattes, she had no idea what she was doing. She's like, do we have scones? And the guy's like, we don't have scones. To 20 minutes for the lattes to come over, because she made and messed them up three times. Brings them over in the kind of glass you would get a pina colada in - thin glass with no handle. This is a hot drink. How am I supposed to hold it? Ha, ha, ha, it's thin glass withno handle.
