I think biofeedback is going to help. People are very unaware of their own stress levels, for example and how they're processing things. If we're able to tell them through wearable that, hey, it looks like you are stressed right now, you should probably do some relaxation exercises before you go to bed. And then, yeah, there's also a really interesting study where they queued people to learn something before they went to sleep and then gave them the queue during the dream. They were better able to incorporate that into their schema of who they are. Again, I wouldn't overuse this, be careful.
