The Difficulty of a Second Year

Farca's done it twice before so you can give some credence to the idea that that it can be done again as Michael says if you're a long way off the pace then you are relying on people to show that bit more faith in that. The hope for this season is that we can mean maybe keep one of Harrison or non-Sohar Adams or someone like that keeping them into a second year feels impossible yes at that point you've got to say all right yeah fair enough you give it a go thank you for that but yeah sure enough you can go a bit like we did with Phillips when we convinced him to have another go at it.
