The fed raised for a second time its target interestrate 75 basis points to the two point two, five to two and a half range. The market was trying to figure out how much more tightening is going to be necessary in the face of a weakening economy. "I think all eresult s on the same page that this is a necessary thing in order to quell inflation," says David Frum.
