Small towns like redich, red car, great yarmouth and crawleyto to name but a few. These have less established arts infra structures in terms of venus,. practitioners, even audiences. So what will the money buy for them? Well, that's why we want to do it. And levelling up isn't about one part of the country versus another. It's not london versus therest of the country. There are plenty of organizations everywhere that are doing brilliant work. Some might have applied to be national portfolio organizations before. But there's now greater opportunities for art organizations based right across the country whatever.
