How to Build a Longer Relationship With Your Customers

If you take a consultative approach to selling, ah, you don't necessarily worry about the sale. Ask them some questions about their background and let them figure out what it is that they really need. If your customer's only looking for x, y and z, why are you giving away a, b, c, x y and z? Just give them what they're looking for,. You're resolving the pain that they have...You can build a relationship with somebody in 20 seconds if you do it right.
