I cannot stress enough the amount of Focus that you need to have in a session. You almost need to forget about every single thing In your life and just be thinking about the session itself. I think people like I said That training for the first time some who don't realize that's the case They'll think that as long as they do that volume then they're good. But Yeah, especially the longer you've been lifting for the more important is that like you make every repyou get as much from that those reps as you can.
