The Missing Submarine

GOP Rep. Bobart wanted to impeach Biden, but House Speaker McCarthy had other plans. The impeachment resolution charges Biden with quote, high crimes and misdemeanors over his handling of the US border with Mexico. Even though it was not expected to pass Thursday, the vote would have been politically tough for GOP lawmakers.
