In the United States, you have a social credit system that you've had for 50 years. In China, it's become a place for businesses and individuals who operate e-commerce or other stores to be singled out so that they are known as bad people in society. "I think one thing I've taken away from some of these things is that the tool and the platforms themselves are kind of agnostic," he says.
