Getting to know your tools well, always thinking about how you can make things more efficient. Carve out time for this part of the process. It's never going to be you push a button and it's done. Because this is the part that requires careful thought and attention. And it will be time well served when you get your message across or you get the action that you need to have happen happen. So i guess that's my other recommendation here, is don't try to do everything with everything you touch,. Be really thoughtful and prioritize how you do spend your time.
