You Need a Gang if You're Female, Right?

CNN's John Sutter spoke with a group of young men who had joined gangs as kids. He says joining a gang is actually a stepping stone to full adult socialization. Women mature sexually early than men, so they don't have that time where they aggregate together in roving bands of teen aged girls.
