Is There a Consequence for Not Following Quality Control?

When we say review, a lot of us are thinking of one thing, just the review process. But there's actually three reviews, right? There's the content review to make sure the content is correct. And then there's a technical review to made sure that all the buttons work. So I think they need to be acknowledged as three different ones. Then of course, then down the line after commit create, there's execute. It's actually pulling the trigger and making sure that it works.
