The Importance of Having a Mix of People
I think it's really good to have a mix of people in different also age groups, ethnicity too. And I remember interviewing, just interviewing some creatives in their 20s. And then suddenly their experience just growing up in the world, inspiration was just completely different. It gives a huge opportunity, I think, for the next generation. Yeah. For time-breathing. To have kind of more established person followed by, say, an episode with a younger or emerging creative and see how many things you learn from them as well.
