Is the B B C Accountable?
When i was in news, i hated regulators and i hated complaints processes. I think it's rather bad at accountability really. The complaints process is very complicated. And youe just got stuck in this labyrinth of not being able to work out how it was that you got anyone to acknowledge that there was a genuine issue. So i don't know how the bb c thinks it covers the demic. There are all those things where a cant can illuminate. And on the whole, they don't.
