Trama Reversal
An emotional charge is like an electrical charge. It's either there or it's not. And if i have a negative emotional charge, making it not emotional does not erase that i did something i might not be proud of and some one harmed me,. But it simply reverses the trama, which is the emotional charge. So instead of truth, i think of it as removing a emotional charge, which holds back, which harms us. We can use it practically in our lives and live in truth. Hope.
