Is It a Crime to Round People Up, to Lure Them on to Airplanes?

Some people have gone so far as to suggest that the behaviour of desantus and others is criminal. i wonder if ths doesn't back fire in the long run, and if these blue state economies aren't fuelled by this valuable human capital. Is it a crime to round people up, to lure them on to airplanes under false pretences, and drop them off, god knows where? I think it's going to depend on the facts. The reporting is a little bit sketchy about exactly how this came into being. But i think there's a possiblity of legal remedies, whether they're criminal or civil.
