Is It Just Obstruction?
The notion that the actual obstruction that would have to exist is the firing of james comey, presuming there's no collusion, and perhaps no conspiracy. The prospect of prosecuting him for firing a guy who had every right to fire, in the event that there wasn't actually any crime to cover up. That sounds insane to me. It matters if this investigation turns into a situation were the principal concern is whether or not donald trump fired come to protect flynn - which it doesn't make a hell of a lot of sense.
