Cogna behavioral therapy is a wonderful adjunct to medication for people who are clinically depressed. The very act of naming it already improves your situation, because you're now shifting the emotion into a different part of your brain. And somehow naming it in that way also gives you great control eoof the emotion that you're grappling with.
