Do Real Estate Agents Really Fight for the Top Dollar?
If an agent has 20 artists and each of those artists is offered a book deal, but for the minimum amount of money, say they get offered a book for $12,000 instead of 20, which is what the artist wants. The agent doesn't make that much more from an artist getting a $20,000 book over a $12,00 book. So you're incentivized to really fight for most because that's where you're getting paid.
