The Role of the Supreme Court in the United States
The role of the supreme court has changed a lot throughout the history of the usa. The power to be able to check a law against the constitution, was established in 18 o three during a court case called marbury versus madison. But it is also important to realize that the supreme court is a product of its time. Its role and influence depends a great deal on the cases it hears.
