What Are the Key Perceptions of Officers?

Residents in treatment developments were more likely to believe that if they knew more, they were more like to believed that officers would know if they did something illegal. We find that about five to seven % reduction in crime within the first three months, and then that effect fades out overtime. Probably most people aren't opening their mail, but it seems to have shifted reseidence perceptions and also to have deterred crime in the nighbrhd.
