The Inertia of a Spring Load Machine

Life is movement, if performance is movement. If i want to increase my power, i reduce the restriction to increase myto increase my output. I don't always have to force more power. I just reduce the load that i'm pushing against. It's like when you're swimmer or carves, we get the moro dynamic. So more dynamic in the body is less restriction. And once you start to mess with this stuff in, you're like, all actually, that feels pretty goodn,. how do you g you like yo to day addicted to it? Thet just seems so simple, like we can, we can address it ourselves.
