What's the Government Doing?

The town of East Palestine was evacuated about 5,000 people. The EPA engaged in a controlled release of those chemicals and the burning off of those chemicals. Since then, the townspeople are being told that they can come back,. And there's like a gazillion stories coming out of this, right? So one story is, it's not safe. What's the government doing?
