Scripting Languages - Is Rust Unsafe?

Rock is a scripting language, but it's not optimized for that. The word unsafe has a highly technical meaning in languages like rust and Swift. Some APIs do discouraged things with names such as "unsafe" or "probably wrong" Rock was designed to be able to handle any type of code without jumping through hoops.
