How Can Product Teams Leverage Artificial Intelligence?
I think it's very important for almost every function in an organization to stick their finger in there and see what it can do, right? I make sure that our team spends most of the AI into discovering the problem space and not moving into the solution. So kind of one of my principles is if all the AI is a deployed customer facing, there's something wrong going on. And hopefully there are ways to do it in a non-so technical way.
