The Boomer's View on Lakewood Ranch
There's just such irrational demand for housing right now, particularly around me in Florida. They can't make the houses fast enough for people to move into this area. And then nobody wants like a five year old house because they want the new new. I mean, that's quite literally the history of Florida real estate. It's blowing my mind every time I look at that and I'm like, I should have bought it 1.25 and just flipped the property.
