I'm glad to hear that it was helpful for you guys because it's such a simple concept. But man, you never really know what's going to click for your volunteers. And then when you find something that will clarify the why or clarify even for you guys, it's the how, right? It was, man, we were doing all these other things trying to make sure the details got worked out, but we were missing wanting people to Christ.
