I tell everybody, it's a fixed 50 solid 60 hours a week to be really great in venture. But if you start getting to 70, 80 hours a week, you're going to resent the job. So just, you know, it doesn't have to be a marathon every week, but it's got to be a brisk pace. And then what I look at more is how responsive are you to the founders we invest in when they need us. It does show up in all sorts of different places. The optimist in me believes that over the fullness of time that we go through these cycles and that we will, as a society, kind of figure out that maybe this one
