Race Day: What Equipment Will You Be Using?

For the bike, I actually adapted to Gatorade so that I don't have to carry too many bottles. On the run, I use UCan and there's also little pouches and then what's on course. Typically, I want some kind of solid food on the bike at some point. So around the turnaround, around halfway, I'll get something solid just to chew on more than anything else.
