Some organizations are realizing that they're making some sub optimal choices. What a senior leader is do, i believe, is their going out to the market. They're finding people that are saying, i won't consider this job unless you pay 50 % more than the previous incumbent had. The chief h officer said, we know that the market's such that if we don't promote them, somebody will. So we're taking a risk promote more people than our traditional succession plannin might have had us do.
