The Difference Between Wane and Morassie

Wane's description of shoving reality inward so he is pushing on reality morassie then would be pulling on reality yeah and opening it up or like taking reality and forcing it outward. i am incredibly curious because there's an element of speed that comes into this as well there's the steel runners frugumus who can store their speed. If someone was going very very fast because of steel running they would experience time dilation some similarity to what wane or morassie can do where is the difference  it's far closer to magic than it is a strict science based or like an aspect of the physical world.
