The Cost of Living in an Irrational Society

In the world in which we live, it's likely that my coworkers in the next job might be irrational as well. You have to figure out how to deal with these things. And of course, if the situation of work is so bad that it is literally inhibiting your ability to be productive then you've got to look for another job. It could get so bad that you might have to look for a new career.
