The Importance of Focusing on the Body

When you're doing yoga and TRE, I would suggest really putting your attention into the physical body sense. See if you can keep your attention in your body sense as you get up and move around the house or do different activities. And then you'll start to feel that cloud of sensory quanta field in the sound field and in the visual field. As that happens, it starts to really anchor itself into, not into a physical experience, but into the non-dualistic luminous experience where everything's just happening. This kind of intimacy is the opposite of disassociation.
