The Marshall Plan for Ukraine's Economic Recovery Is Staged in That It Addresses Ukrainian Economy

I think that it the aims are great but the means are not working. The plan works around a principles of partnership reform focus transparency accountability and rule of law democratic participation multi-stakeholder engagement gender equality and inclusion and sustainability so far so good sounds fantastic. There is talk about smart technologies and you know renewable energy and all that but we but there isn't a talk about investing into low carbon sectors such as care economy for example creative arts.
