I think you answered a lot of things that most of the founders get wrong in both early days and greater, greater, latest stages of their company building process. I always have this philosophy that problems are great as long as they're good problems. If you try and solve, over-solve for unit economics, you're doing the wrong thing. Don't go and optimize on unit economics. But once you have the PMF, you have to be maniacal about unit economics.
