How to Break Up Your Strokes

I am training. Some people like to get their athletes to become better at the 200s of strokes, and others like to just go straight. What's your philosophy when it comes to that on the I am side of things? So, all right, so this is this is a big one and for me it's a big one. I'm a big hundred I am guy because you can do all the details well and the back breast turns well,. But I would say that we don't do a ton of like I'm not going to set a 200 I am or 400 I am very often. It's more breaking the strokes up and then putting them back to back.
