The Psychological Pressure to Confession to Imaginary Crimes
The point of a struggle session is always to extract confessions to imaginary crimes. The crimes are imaginary. They're not real crimes in Mao's brainwashing prisons, his thought reform prisons. So there's a massive psychological and social pressure for you to confess to imaginary crimes that only exist in the Marxist worldview. This thing is contagious. It's not that you did something wrong. It's that you're making moms for liberty look bad. And so their goal is to get your friends to denounce you to create social pressure.
