How to Approach Guests in the Beginning

I do ask them if they want the camera on and off, that's as much comfort as I give my guests is I let them choose. And then I just go because I'm because I'm no good at small talk. The thing that I find most frustrating is after the recording when you've hit stopped and you're having the chit chat afterwards.
