The Pillars That Make It Hard to Get to the Bleeding Edge in AI and ML

I'm curious to understand or get your take on everyone's talk about AI and ML. What makes it specifically hard for an enterprise? There's a lot of things, but I'd love to come get your take if you are a large enterprise. We've got this long tail of old stuff that because of data gravity, sovereignty requirements, migration, complexity and cost, you're not going to be able to move into the cloud.
