Kelp farmers have to process the kelp in abandoned tobacco barns. The trouble with growing food under water is you can't control your soil. Native seaweeds contain more vitem in sea than orange juice, more calcium than milk and more protein than so beans. We get the same benefits while reducing pressure on fish stolk. It's high time we eat like fish.
