Nick Clegg: I've never had a conversation with anyone in 44 years about how does your 24 hour cycle look? Break it down into 90 minute blocks. Get the light first thing in the morning. Make sure you have this 20 minute gap sometime mid afternoon so that you can refresh yourself. Because life tells us about everything else, get eight hours. A lot of people, what they say is, I read your book, you know, and I think,  I knew everything about what was in that book, but I'm not doing it. It's just like, you just suddenly describe what we're just being outside. You go, why haven't I been doing this?
