How to Democratize Research Insights

I think the key for me has always been to keep the quality insights. We've given Atlassian's who do research the tools to be able to do research. But we can't make sure that they use those tools well, so we give them a whole lot of training. Putting an emphasis on moderated research helped people to really understand what research is about and to understand the value of spending time with real customers.
