The Legacy of the Transition in Denmark
By 2004, the Danish North Sea oil production had peaked. So already there's the consciousness there that this isn't going to last. Denmark never really became known as an oil exporter in the way that Norway was or that were the UK or obviously OPEC countries. And so yeah, I don't think it was part of its identity in it quite the same way.
