Is Bitcoin Democracy?

i'm not aware of any who seem too stay fall into and stay into the oh, it'sa bitcoin as majority rules. And 51 perike people kind of very quickly learn bitcoin is a set of rules that no person can change. Boom. There's no democracy. The rules are the rules. Take em or leave em. That's bitcoine.
